President Carter was just interviewed on Al Frankin's Air America show. Love them both. Sorry I couldn't get this up while the interview was live.
But, there's lots more going on in political talk radio for us to get excited about. Some numbers below.
WHY WE'RE IN IRAQ
Sat Nov 12, 2005 at 11:36:16 AM PDT
For a little over a year I've been occasionally conducting an informal survey. The methodology is not scientific and wouldn't stand up long against criticism, yet the results seem clear: most people believe that we're in Iraq for the oil and we're not going to leave.
The survey technique is simple: when it seems appropriate during a conversation, I mention that I'm doing an informal survey on the Iraq war. So far, this always gets the required attention. Then I ask the person to tell me why she or he thinks we're in Iraq. Out of about thirty people no one has refused to participate.

Is the Fox radio morning guy, Tony Snow, besides being a willing tool of the Bush Administration, just another piece of human debris with a radio show or is he just plain evil? Sure, it's not nice to ask such questions about a fellow who apparently loves his wife, children, and family pets, but you've got to wonder if there isn't something seriously wrong with his moral compass. Here's my deal.
This morning, while claiming that a planned guest had begged off because of death threats phoned into the Crawford radio station that was going to do the anti-Sheehan thing, Snow connected the death threats to the "left-wing Daily Kos website."
